Job Description
Requirements:
- Fresh grad or a minimum of 1-year experience.
- Individuals who thrive in a hands-on, high-pressure role with a focus on results.
- Strong academic credentials and/or experience in a customer-focused role.
- Proactive communicator with fluent English language capability verbal and written.
- Committed to all customer success.
- Problem solver with outside-the-box thinking.
- Intrigued by the latest developments across diverse industries and global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Review industries to understand knowledge gaps and identify relevant individuals for consultations.
- Engage with potential experts and negotiate terms for consultations.
- Develop relationships with existing clients and new experts.
- Set up consultations including scheduling and compliance.
- Work on multiple requests with tight timelines across industries and geographies.
- Collaborate locally and internationally on projects.
