Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Installation of operating system drivers and software applications.
- Good networking concepts (TCP-IP, Routing, Switching) (CCNA R&S is a plus).
- Experience with enterprise WiFi solutions (UniFi, Ruckus).
- User end support for internet issues in wireless and LAN.
- Knowledge of printers, scanners, and projectors.
- Troubleshooting OS and machine level issues.
- Hands-on experience with Linux OS and troubleshooting.
- Hardware upgrades as per requirements.
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware issues and troubleshooting.
- Monitor network performance and security protocols.
- Record maintenance of IT and Network related documentation.
Requirements:
- Preferably experience in a Software house or IT Company.
- Dealing and negotiation skills with vendors.
- BS-IT or equivalent degree.
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
