Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate Manager for Customer Success Managers focused on Small and Medium Businesses (SMB). In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring the success and satisfaction of our SMB clients.

Your primary duties will include managing and developing the team, driving customer engagement and retention, and identifying opportunities for growth within the SMB segment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
