Job Description:
The Associate Manager of Growth in Digital Lending Business is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of digital lending products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and increase loan volumes through digital channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development teams to enhance digital lending products based on feedback.
- Implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers and promote digital lending offerings.
- Monitor KPIs, work with sales teams, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition, or product management.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferably Masters/MBA or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, customer acquisition, or product management in financial services.
