Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment process, schedule interviews, and act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure HR compliance, maintain accurate records, and assist in HR projects.
- Collaborate with departments for consistent HR policy implementation.
- Work with headquarters to streamline HR operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, address HR inquiries, and offer administrative support.
- Execute assigned tasks promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
