Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment process, schedule interviews, and act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure HR compliance, maintain accurate records, and assist in HR projects.
  • Collaborate with departments for consistent HR policy implementation.
  • Work with headquarters to streamline HR operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, address HR inquiries, and offer administrative support.
  • Execute assigned tasks promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in HR operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
