Job Description:
Supervising payment processing, managing development of digital banking operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Optimizing payment systems, improving customer experience, and assisting with banking projects.
Responsibilities:
– Ensure implementation of payment and general banking processes.
– Implement online payments.
– Process payment avenues.
– Develop mechanisms for driving specific use cases related to transfers & payments on digital platforms.
– Comprehend banking products for liaison with digital platforms.
Requirements:
– Masters or Bachelor degree in IT, Finance, Science faculties, Arts, or Commerce.
– Command of digital banking apps and preferred software.
– Knowledge of digital payment processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Motivational, hardworking.
– Well-versed in MS Office and banking tools.
– Familiar with general/digital banking operations.
– Good communication skills.
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years in payments, general banking, or relevant field.
