Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize production packaging operations, control material losses, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain efficient production capacities and manage changeover costs.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and cGMP standards.
- Provide training to ensure EHS compliance and SOP adherence.
- Review and improve operational procedures and documentation.
- Lead projects for operational excellence and report submissions.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- Pharm D with 7+ years in Production.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
