Job Description
Key Responsibilities/Required Skill set:
- To support the Bank’s Enterprise Project Delivery Approach, in planning and organizing of projects and assist its implementation, establishment and iteration to align projects with Bank’s strategic initiatives;
- To implement Project Management methodology based on worldwide best practices and support its bank-wide standardization across relevant functional groups;
- To assist in the development of project plans, provide expertise in response to functional needs, and support and advise project managers;
- To monitor and control the schedule of the major technology projects pertaining to Information Technology Group;
- To provide guidance and training to staff in project management-related problems in light of project management methodology;
- Must have thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations, and other banking policies, procedures;
- Must have leadership, motivational, team-building, interpersonal, management, and communication skills;
- Must have strong Analytical, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Qualification:
Four (04) year Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent qualification from a reputed university. In addition to that Formal Project Management Qualification (PMP/Prince2 or equivalent)
Experience:
At least 4 years of relevant experience.
