Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
- Support hardware and software maintenance.
- Manage Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business.
- Collaborate on network policies.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues.
- Participate in network upgrades.
- Maintain detailed documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Prefer CCNA/CCNP certification.
- Knowledge of network protocols and security principles.
- Experience with Kaspersky Endpoint Security.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Eager to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
