Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced candidate to join our team as an Associate Product Director. The Associate Product Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of product plans and strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging.
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
