Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate role located in Multan. As an Associate, you will be responsible for managing and responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with delivery personnel for smooth operations, maintaining inventory, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
– Excellent communication skills to address customer concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly.
– Strong organizational skills to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other necessary software for inventory tracking and record-keeping.
– Experience in customer service, delivery operations, or administrative support is a plus.
– Fluency in both English and Urdu languages.
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
