Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Associate in Strategy & Planning. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and evaluate the company’s position in the market.
- Analyze financial data, industry trends, and consumer insights to support the development of strategic recommendations.
- Support the planning and execution of strategic projects, including market entry strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and business performance optimizations.
- Work closely with senior leaders to develop and refine the company’s long-term strategic plans.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in strategy, consulting, or business analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
