Job Description
ABS International is seeking a proficient Associate Trainer to lead our training strategy, oversee execution, and assess effectiveness. Key responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing programs, and fostering staff engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to improve engagement, learning outcomes, and retention.
- Ensure training materials stay current and relevant.
- Stay updated on new training methods and industry standards.
- Identify training opportunities for operational changes or industry trends.
- Deliver effective training sessions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing impactful training programs.
- Proficiency in diverse training methods, such as mentoring, coaching, e-learning, and workshops.
Salary:
- Competitive and aligned with market norms.
Shift Timing:
- 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Location:
Located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13/C, Karachi.
