Job Description
1. Oversee legal matters of the Company & provide legal advice.
2. Represent the Company in Courts as an In-House Counsel.
3. Managing matters pertaining to Customs, FBR, SESSI, PESSI, IESSI, and other Governmental Bodies.
4. Ensure the Compliances of governmental organizations.
5. Draft contracts, agreements and ensure their legal compliance.
6. Teamwork and coordination with the In-house team.
7. Follow-ups from outsource Counsels.
8. Excellent MS-Office & Excel skills.
