Job Description
The candidate will assist the Senior Program Manager in project implementation and achieving project objectives, being flexible for required travel.
Responsibilities:
- Write research grants and study protocols.
- Acquaint with ethical review processes and prepare necessary documentation.
- Formulate standard operating procedures and implementation plans.
- Monitor project deliverables, data collection, and quality assurance.
- Manage project procurement, supplies, and inventory.
- Prepare project-related data/reports for meetings and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Conduct project review meetings, oversee project activities, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, draft project reports and manuscripts.
- Travel to field sites across Pakistan.
Qualifications:
MPH, MSc HPM, MSc Epidemiology, or Biostats
2-3 years of research experience
