Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Attendance Supervisor to become a vital part of our team at a confidential company. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring employee attendance, managing absenteeism, and overseeing punctuality records. Key duties include maintaining accurate attendance records, collaborating with department heads to address discrepancies, ensuring adherence to company policies, and preparing detailed reports for management review.
Qualified candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in attendance supervision within a factory setting, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency in biometric systems, Excel, and HRMS software. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
