Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and audit organizational processes for compliance
- Update detailed documentation of audit findings
- Identify non-compliance areas and provide strategic recommendations
- Analyze audit data using advanced Excel skills
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance compliance and risk management
- Conduct training sessions on compliance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of audit/compliance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other documentation software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Self-motivated with problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in audit or compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Technical writing experience
