Job Description
Collaborate Solutions seeks a full-time, in-person Authorization Executive for the Patient Scheduling Department in DHA Phase 8 (shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM). The role involves processing, reviewing, and verifying insurance pre-authorization requests and ensuring compliance with company and insurer regulations.
- Coordinate with providers, insurers, and internal teams; update hospital/insurance systems and follow up on documentation.
- Generate status reports, assist with audits, and maintain accurate records.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year in insurance, healthcare, or medical administration; knowledge of pre-authorization and claims procedures; proficiency in MS Office and hospital/insurance software; strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
