Job Description
• Proficient in AutoCAD for MEP drafting, with additional expertise in basic civil architecture
• Create detailed technical drawings for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Knowledge of Pakistani industry standards and regulations for MEP and civil architecture
• Ability to interpret and implement design drawings, specifications, and architectural plans
• Experience in drafting civil architecture elements such as foundations, floor plans, and elevations
• Skilled in creating electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and plumbing/piping system drawings
• Familiarity with relevant symbols, scales, and annotations used in MEP and architectural drawings
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dimensions, annotations, and architectural elements
• Collaboration with engineers and architects to incorporate design changes seamlessly
• Capable of producing Bill of Quantities (BQO) and quantity estimation for MEP and architectural components
• Proficient in 3D modeling using AutoCAD, providing an additional dimension to project visualization is a plus
• Stay updated on the latest AutoCAD features and tools for MEP, architectural, and 3D drafting
• Adherence to project timelines and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
• Effective communication skills to convey technical information to diverse team members
