Job Description
We are excited to announce openings for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents at Crossnotch Firm. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding general support. You will also gather customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows 10
- Good quality headset
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps
Shift Details:
- Part-time: 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM
- Full-time: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM
