Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional general support. You will also be tasked with gathering customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (must be Windows 10)
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Details:
- Full-time shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
