Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, primarily focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Compensation:
- QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings
- Retention Bonuses based on working hours
Shift Timings:
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (speaking and listening)
- Laptop with Windows 10
- Good quality headset
- Reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps)
