Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting feedback to enhance our products and services. The working hours are from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English speaking and listening.
- Laptop and good quality headset.
- Stable internet connection (10 to 12 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Strong active listening, multitasking abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
