Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support. Responsibilities also include collecting customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience with Avatar (preferred).
- Basic English proficiency and excellent listening skills.
- Ability to work with Soundboard (Avatar) software.
- Comfortable handling 600-800 calls daily.
- Good computer skills and a working laptop (Windows 10).
- Internet speed of 15mbps and good quality headset.
Shift Details:
- Half-time: 7:30pm-12:30am
- Full-time: 7:30pm-5:30am
