Job Description
We are Crossnotch Private Limited, currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, primarily focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Compensation: Earnings based on QA approved transfers and retention bonuses based on working hours.
Shift Timings: Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (including breaks).
Requirements: Strong English skills, laptop with Windows 10, quality headset, and reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Proficient in computers, strong listening abilities, target-oriented, and motivated.
