Job Description
SPEC Refinery (PVT) LTD is actively seeking a skilled Aviation Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our aviation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for flight planning, scheduling, and maintenance, while ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations. This role involves managing the recruitment and training of flight crew, implementing safety management systems, overseeing operational budgets, and effectively addressing any operational challenges that arise.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or a related field, extensive experience in aviation operations management, in-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, and exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
