Job Description
Luciddatas is a leading data analytics firm, and we are currently seeking an experienced AVP Manager to join our team. As an AVP Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the operations of our organization.
Your responsibilities will include supervising teams, setting strategic goals, and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the company. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas of improvement.
We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills and experience in a management role. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the data analytics industry and a track record of successfully managing teams and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise teams to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement operational strategies and goals
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify hiring needs of regional business and ensure to fulfill the position within defined hiring TAT
- Ensure to implement all policies and procedures as defined by the head office HR
- Coordinate training sessions with the support of head of training team
- Ensure the effective presence of HR with the collaboration of business unit heads
- Business understanding of respective locality
- Well adverse with current HR practices and engage with external agencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the data analytics industry
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of operational strategies and performance metrics
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
