Role Description
We are currently looking for a full-time B2B Team Lead to join our team in Rawalpindi. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team that handles outbound B2B calls and lead generation. You will also monitor performance metrics, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve team performance and achieve sales targets
- Team management skills: Experience in managing and motivating outbound call center agents
- Customer service skills: Strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Sales skills: Proven track record of meeting sales targets within a call center environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in B2B sales and call center management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- 5-6 years of call center experience
- 3-4 years of Team Lead experience
