Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Customer Quick Account Opening with proper documentation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle Branchless Banking and reporting
- Process transactions and reconciliation
- Handle customer accounts maintenance
- Process TDR applications and Cheque Books/ATM issuance
- Address customer inquiries and complaints
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure security stationery and maintenance tasks
- Prepare for Internal/External Audits and other duties assigned
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution. MBA preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, good presentation skills
