We Are Hiring:
Position: Bark Front Sales Executive
► Target: $15k
► Experience: at least 2 years in design
► Salary: 250k to 400k + performance-based incentive + company-maintained car
Responsibilities:
► Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
► Conduct sales presentations to showcase our design and development services.
► Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
► Collaborate with the design and development teams to meet client requirements.
► Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
► Achieve and exceed sales targets.
► Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
► Proven experience in sales, preferably in web design or related fields.
► Excellent communication and presentation skills.
► Understanding of graphic design, web design, front-end development, and WordPress.
► Strong negotiation and closing skills.
► Self-motivated and target-driven.
► Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
