Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BD Associate to join our dynamic team at Integriti. As a BD Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Your main tasks will include conducting market research to identify potential leads, pitching our products or services to potential clients, negotiating and closing deals, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
To excel in this role, you should have strong communication and presentation skills, be adept at building and nurturing relationships, and have a solid understanding of market trends and competition. Previous experience in business development or sales is preferred.
