Job Description
Fathom Technologies Private Limited is actively seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our BPO services. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in sales, lead generation, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development.
