Role Description:
This is a full-time Business Development Officer role located in Karachi, Pakistan. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Officer is to drive new business opportunities, develop relationships with prospects and existing clients, and onboard new clients. The Business Development Officer will also maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as market trends, to effectively compete and generate revenue. This role will require work to be performed on-site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services with a focus on business development
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic recommendations
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
