Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and manage appointment scheduling.
- Handle phone inquiries, emails, and payment transactions.
- Maintain an organized front desk.
- Work collaboratively with stylists and management.
Qualifications: A high school diploma, prior customer service experience, outstanding communication skills, and a polished appearance are mandatory.
