Job Description
We seek a motivated, confident part-time in-person Bilingual Call Center Agent for outbound Urdu and Punjabi campaigns. The successful candidate will place outbound calls, clearly present information, respond to inquiries, propose appropriate solutions, meet performance targets, and record call notes in Word or Excel.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi (spoken and written)
- Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Preferably 1+ year experience in outbound calling or customer service; fresh applicants with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
Compensation: Rs35,00–75,00/month plus incentives, with training and opportunities for growth.
