Job Description:
- Ensure customer call handling conforms to company outlined policies, moral practices, and quality parameters defined in department SOPs.
- Responsible for call handling and assisting customers with queries related to sales, billing, and installation.
- Influence customers to buy services by following a prepared sales talk to provide service and product information.
- Work closely with existing customers to achieve customer delight.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate clients as well as enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.
- Coordinate with other NTL departments to ensure resolution of customer issues/queries.
- Escalate if any installation is getting too much delayed due to any team, department, or technical issue.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding customer’s query or any other issue pertaining to the customer.
