Position Overview: As a Billing Executive – International at SISPN Technology, you will be responsible for accurate and timely billing for our international clients. This role involves managing invoicing processes, tracking payments, and addressing billing inquiries in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoicing: Generate and issue accurate invoices to international clients based on project terms and agreements.
2. Billing Verification: Review project details to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
3. Payment Tracking: Monitor payments from international clients and record transactions promptly.
4. Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile payments and address discrepancies efficiently.
5. Billing Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
6. Credit Control: Implement measures to minimize late payments.
7. Billing System Maintenance: Keep billing records up to date.
8. Reporting: Generate reports on billing activities for management review.
9. Collaboration: Work with teams to optimize the billing process.
