Position Related:
This position provides an exciting and challenging opportunity with the responsibility of planning, utilizing, and implementing Billing & Revenue Management Solutions in both short-term and long-term perspectives.
Goals
The role requires overseeing key functional areas from a planning perspective in the Charging & Billing domain, including all project, product, and service deliverables.
Your Typical day at work
– Working on the solutions of Charging, Billing, Refill, and Revenue platforms
– Understanding business needs and working with the team for solution design and transformations.
– Driving the planning and implementation of new projects/products and expansions related to the domain.
– Coordinating with stakeholders including Business and Technology.
– Involving in documenting the detailed scope and functional requirements.
– Conducting acceptance testing and supporting timely issue resolutions.
– Fostering teamwork by working cooperatively and effectively with others.
– Ensuring that all project deliverables are on track and delivered on time.
What we are looking for?
Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Telecom/Computer Engineering
Work experience: Relevant Experience of 1-2 years will be preferred
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas
– Basic understanding of the dynamics of the Telecom and IT industry.
– Knowledge of GSM/LTE/VAS services and networks.
– Knowledge of IT-BSS domain (Business & Technical).
– Skillset on Linux/UNIX and Databases.
– Analytical and independent learning ability.
– Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
– Problem analysis, investigation, and troubleshooting ability.
