Job Description
Ibex, for one of its global clients, is looking to hire a Billing Specialist/Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day billing operations for B2B invoices including customer inquiries
- Liaise with collections team for billing and payment status
- Revise invoices when necessary and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to changing processes and great organizational skills
- Bachelor’s in Accounts or Finance required
- Comfortable working in EST time zone
