Job Description
The BIM expert will be responsible for managing and coordinating the BIM process for the company. They will work closely with the design team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the BIM process is executed efficiently and effectively. The BIM expert will also be responsible for developing and implementing BIM standards and procedures, as well as training and supporting other team members in the use of BIM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
