Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Body Shop Manager located in Lahore. The Body Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the body shop, including managing a team of technicians, developing repair estimates, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs, and ensuring quality control standards are met. The incumbent will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, and maintaining equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive collision repair and management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and techniques, including estimating and paint and bodywork
- Detailed knowledge of parts procurement and inventory management
- Knowledge of local market and labor rates
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
