About Us: Winnors Remote Staff is a fast-growing company providing exceptional outsourcing services to UK-based clients. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team at our Johar Town office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records for UK-based firms, ensuring compliance with UK VAT regulations.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including bank statements, invoices, and ledgers.
- Prepare and file VAT returns accurately and within deadlines.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and assist in financial analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Ensure all work aligns with UK accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: ACCA, BBA, or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, VAT filing, and financial reporting. Preferred previous experience working with UK-based accountancy firms.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of UK VAT regulations and bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
