Job Description
Emenac Inc is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals, both fresh and experienced, to join our US Call Center team for international inbound and outbound campaigns located in Lahore.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate/O/A Levels
- Excellent command of spoken English with a clear accent
- Availability to work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM)
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on punctuality and regular attendance
- Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries
- Roles also involve chat and email support, as well as inbound/outbound sales
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
