Job Description
Emenac Inc is actively searching for both fresh and experienced US Call Center Agents to join our international inbound/outbound campaign based in Lahore. We invite candidates who meet the following eligibility criteria to apply:
- Minimum Qualifications: Intermediate/O/A Levels
- Proficient in spoken English with an excellent accent
- Available to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
- Focus-oriented candidates preferred
- Regular attendance and punctuality are crucial
- Responsibilities include managing inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries
