Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in BPO operations or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Certifications in BPO or relevant areas are a plus.
