Job Description
Mugshei Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and energetic HR Officer to enhance our BPO operations during the night shift in Garden Town, Lahore. This full-time position demands a self-assured and organized individual capable of executing HR functions independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes for BPO positions.
- Maintain employee records and track attendance.
- Conduct new hire orientations and support training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Salary: Up to PKR 50,00/month.
