Job Description
Location: Islamabad I-9/3 | Night Shift – U.S. Time Zone
Type: On-site | Full-Time
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year in U.S. outbound calling, preferably in Final Expense.
Important: Only applicants with relevant call center or BPO outbound calling experience will be considered.
Position Overview: As a Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to verify client information and ensure accurate data entry into our CRM system.
