Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head at IGE. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing and implementing growth strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. They will also be in charge of maintaining effective communication with headquarters and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Education Management and Customer Service
- Budgeting and Financial Management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus
