Job Description
Cravings Bakeshop is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Multan location. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations and health compliance.
– Recruit, train, and manage staff.
– Maintain high customer satisfaction and address inquiries.
– Monitor sales, manage budgets, and prepare reports.
– Collaborate on local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
– 3+ years in retail or food service management.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
– Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
