Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end operational and financial performance of the branch.
- Prepare and manage the branch budget, tracking payments and expenses.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise gym staff, including front desk personnel, trainers, and cleaning staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Develop unique and creative strategies to increase client retention and engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential clients through confident product knowledge.
- Active management of trainer and client schedules.
- Create video content for social media.
- Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance to provide a safe and functional environment.
- Handle all communication with members – including phone/text/WhatsApp.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- 2 years of experience in an operational role.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Positive and welcoming persona – you will be the first person our clients interact with when they visit.
- Sales experience is a bonus.
