Role Description
As a Branch Manager, the candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, employee management, and financial performance. This is a full-time on-site role located in Karāchi and involves interacting with customers, overseeing branch operations, managing employee performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank policies.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Extensive banking and financial services experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A deep understanding of banking regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is a plus
- Professional certification, such as the Certified Financial Manager or Certified Banking Operations Professional, is preferred
- Fluency in Urdu and English is required. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
